Please remember all medications require the proper completed paperwork and must be kept in the clinic. No medications may be kept with the student or sent in their lunch. Keller has a zero tolerance policy for any medications.

All students entering the 7th grade are required to have additional immunizations before starting school. The required immunizations are Tetanus booster within the last 5 years (Tdap), Chicken Pox booster (Varicella) if they have not had the chicken pox disease, and the Meningitis Vaccine (Menactra). If your child receives these vaccines over the summer or anytime throughout the school year, please provide the nurse with a copy of the updated shot record.
