Athletic Packets:
All Freshmen and Juniors must have a physical completed for this year dated after May 2011 including the entire athletic packet; Sophomores and Seniors must have their new athletic packets completed.  Please remember to turn in your packets to Coach Garmon before trying out or practicing.  Additionally, you will need to sign the release form for ASI gymnastics, since they provide our facilities

MEET START TIMES:
All meets that don't say invite have a warmup time of 4:30pm and a start time of 6:30pm.

Invitational Start Times:
They will start according to times designated by Meet director...one week prior to the meet we will know these times.
