Hello Husky Family,
Attached is the Annual Report Card for Hillwood Middle School from the Texas Education Agency. The first attachment is a letter from myself, the second attachment is the actual report card, and the third attachment has various definitions to help when reading the report card.
In summary...Hillwood is a great school with wonderful students, supportive parents, and a fabulous staff.
Due to changes in legislation, the performance report formerly known as the Academic Excellence Indicator formerly knon as the Academic Excellence Indicator System / AEIS, is now the Texas Academic Performance Report / TAPR.
This report pulls together a wide range of information on the performance of students in each school and district in Texas. The report also provides extensive information on school and sitrict staff, programs, and demographics.
The changes and the report in its entirety will be shared during the January 16th Public Hearing.
Please see attached presentation for more information.
