 Parkwood Hill Clubs

Please see below for our list of clubs. More clubs will be added as the year progresses. 

Pokemon Club – Mrs. Miller, Mrs. Baldwin, and Mrs. Lord - third Tuesday of each month, 3:00 - 3:45

We meet to socialize, trade cards, battle, and talk Pokemon.  We also have games and crafts available.  A card collection is not required for membership.  Just come for the fun.  Meetings are held in the Cafeteria.

Library Aides – Ms. Carr - One student from each class is selected by their teacher to be the Library Aide. During their class visit to the library they check in and out books and help the other students. During their encore they come back to the library to shelve books. The each receive a free tee-shirt. They occasionally meet after school for trainings and parties.

Book Club – Ms. Carr –last Friday of the month, 3:00-3:45

The library provides a different book each month for the members to read. We talk about the book, watch trailers for new books and just have a lot of fun!​ The first meeting is on October 28th. 

5th grade honor Choir & 6th grad Show Choir – Ms. Erler –  Once a week, after school

House Council​​- Ms. Carr- Each house will have a house council (similar to student council) that will be leaders for their house. Applications are out the first week of October for fifth and sixth graders! ​Meetings will be before school from 7:30-8:10 on set dates throughout the year. 

Computer Social Club - Mr. Lane and Mrs. Whittle - Students will learn computer coding together with friends as we encourage coding for the future.  There are very few coders in the world, and we would encourage your child to start coding now.  The club meets on Wednesdays from 3:00 - 3:45.
