Enrollment Information

Welcome to Keller ISD! ​If your student has never attended a Keller ISD campus, they are considered a New Student. If your student has previously attended a Keller ISD campus, and was not enrolled during the 2017-2018 school year, they are considered a Re-Enrollment.

  1. To verify that you are enrolling at the correct campus, please visit our Feeder Pattern Locator.
  2. BEFORE scheduling your required appointment for enrollment, you must complete our District's Online Pre-Enrollment forms, using the following link: Online Enrollment  NOTE: A valid email address is required for online enrollment.  If you do not have an email address, the following links may provide a free option: Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, iCloud, AOL  
  3. Once you complete Online Enrollment, a confirmation page will be emailed to you. Please forward your confirmation page, along with proof of residency, to KHS Enrollment ( Proof of residency documents: Current Water, Electric, or Gas bill dated within 30 days, Rental Agreement, or Buyers Contract. (Do not follow instructions given to you on your emailed confirmation page. Please follow instructions listed here. The instructions provided in the confirmation email are specifically for the appointment date. Please proceed to the next bullet point for information about making an enrollment appointment.)​ 
  4. Once your confirmation page is received, enrollment appointment instructions will be sent to you, via email, with available dates and times to choose.  
  5. On your ap​pointment date/time, you will need to provide the following documentation: 
    • The most recent report card and transcript (unofficial is acceptable) 
    • Immunization records. Current immunization requirements​
    • Birth certificate and social security card 
    • Parent driver's license 
    • Current proof of residency (water, electric, or gas bill dated within 30 days), Rental Agreement, or Buyers Contract

PLEASE NOTE:  Enrollment is not complete until all required documents are returned to our campus. Students will not be placed on a class roster until registration is completed.​

Residency Information Required

  • Initial Registration – If living in own residence or renting
    • Provide parent/guardian driver’s license
    • Provide current utility bill showing name, current address and date
    • Provide rental agreement or lease (If Renting Or Leasing)

  • Initial Registration – If Building In KHS Attendance Zone
    • Provide parent/guardian driver’s license
    • Provide builders contract showing projected completion date (Must be less than six months)
    • Campus will follow Up(At Projected Completion Date)
      • Provide driver’s license with new address
      • Provide utility bill showing new address(utility deposit or connection confirmation)
  • Initial Registration – If Living In Another Person’s Residence
    • Provide parent/guardian driver’s license
    • Provide driver’s license of person responsible for (Owner Of) residence
    • Provide utility bill showing name of owner, current address and date
    • Residence owner to complete affidavit of residency (notarized)
    • If child(ren) not living with parent, provide court document or power of attorney (signed by parent /guardian and notarized)
    • Campus will follow up (In 30-60 Days & for following school years)
      • Provide parent/guardian driver’s license with residence address or utility bill in parent/guardian name showing residence address
      • Next Year – provide attending school with same/current information for proof of residency including updated Affidavit of Residency

All residency affidavits are subject to verification by campus/attendance officer and if falsification of information is determined, withdrawal is immediate in accordance with FD (legal). ​
