We need your support this year at the Keller ISD Stadium on April 1,2017  from 8am to 12:00pm  for the 12th annual Schoolwalk for Diabetes. We will be walking as a group to support the American Diabetes Association. It only costs $10 to register with the nurse and that makes you eligible for amazing prizes as you get a ticket for drawings each time you walk around the track. Our theme this year is Diabetes it's No Joke and you can buy one of our  t-shirts from the nurses or on the KISD web store. T-shirts are $10.

KISD received national recognition for our fundraising efforts the past 4 years. We have been the #1 school district in the nation! Let's make it 5!!

Let's get a big group of KHS students and staff involved this year to support all the students and staff we have here at KHS with  Diabetes.     Help us promote healthy life styles by participating in the KELLER ISD diabetes walk program.  To register on line go to http://main.diabetes.org/goto/swkeller

If you raise $100 you will receive 4 free tickets to a Ranger baseball game

Donation tickets for a drawing for a 60inch tv, 2 tickets to a Dallas Stars hockey game, A laptop computer with printer or HOME, voice activated speaker. Tickets are $5 each or 5 for $20.

There will be an employee olympics event at 8:15am,  jugglers,  stilt walkers,   a silent auction, refreshments, mask making,  a photo booth and lots of  suprises!

You will love being a part of this community wide event.

End of year medication policy

All medications must be picked up from the clinic by a parent.  Students with inhalers or EpiPens with permission to carry forms on file may pick these up the last week of school at the end of the school day.  Parents may pick up medications at any time.

KISD policy states:  "The end of the school year is quickly approaching.  Your child has medication at school.  Please make arrangements to pick up your child's medication on/before the last day of school. Any medication left in the clinic after the last day of school will be destroyed.

Again, parents may pick up all medications at their convenience.  Students will not be permitted to pick up any medication.

Medication left at school after the last day will be discarded.  No medications are kept in the clinic over the summer.  With construction about to demolish the present clinic area everything will be out of the office by Friday June 3. We are looking forward to a new and improved clinic in 2017!
