The Healthy Snack and Beverage Initiative Guide will help managers promote a healthy school , and contribute to reversing the trend of childhood obesity. This guide differentiates our commitment to student well-being and will support our managers’ efforts to meet the wellness needs of customers.

The snacks and beverages guidelines are consistent with the
Alliance For A Healthier Generations Competitive Food Guidelines
for K-12 schools.

Sodexo’s Healthy Snack and Beverage Agreement with the AHG will help Sodexo managers promote a higher quality of life for our students, administrators, and staff. The snacks and beverage guidelines provide a variety of nutritious and
low-calorie/low-sodium snacks and beverages for the K-12 audience.
To select the products we looked at choice, convenience and taste

Mind Body and Soul focuses on Student Well Being for grades 9-12 Advanced information and appealing merchandise speak to our more mature students.

Lift-Off is our Ambassador to Good Health and Nutrition. Lift Off displays colorful images that target students in K-6.

Performance Zone compliments the Energy Download Zone in our 7-8 school campuses. Age appropriate materials including handouts are available in our on- site cafes.
