All interested households must apply each year, new students, households that need the benefit that did not apply last year, and households that were eligible last year must re-apply. Household are not required to complete a form, it is a benefit that is available if there is a need and they meet the criteria for free or reduced priced meals.

Please print and fill out the completed documents and turn them in to the cafeteria manager at your school.

Any students receiving meal benefits last school year will receive their meals at the same eligibility until Oct. 5.  If we do not process a current application by the expiration date, benefits will be terminated.
