May/ June

The end of the year is quickly coming to an end. Not fast enough for the scholars, but way too fast for ME! We will be very busy, so attendance and scholarly behavior is real important. 

Upcoming events:

May 16th: Parkview Night at McDonald’s

May 23rd: 3rd Grade Performs for Parents at 6:30 PM in the auditorium

May 27th: HOLIDAY

May 31st: Parkview Field Day (ALL GRADE LEVELS)

June 4th: Kindergarten awards and program 12:30

June 5th: 1st grade awards 8:30

                2nd grade awards 9:30

                3rd grade awards 10:30

 

In addition to your scholar’s IEP goals, we will be studying the following:

Science:  characteristics of living organisms

Social Studies: landforms/ bodies of water

Math: addition, subtraction, halves and whole

Language Arts:  letter and letter sound knowledge, putting events of a story in sequential order
