We are off to a great start! The kids are starting to settle into a routine (and so am I!) and things are running very smoothly. We have great plans for this year and I can't wait to share our great units of study with your children. Please know you can always contact me by email if you ever have any concerns or questions.You may also send a note to me in your child's daily folder as well. I am looking forward to getting to know you and your child!

My class has a co-curr( art, music, PE) schedule that is a little different from the rest of the grade level My class will be divided into 4 groups and will go to Art, Music and PE with the other classes.The co-curr classes are listed after the teacher's name. Monday's class is listed first followed by Tuesday etc. My groups are:

The students will need to wear tennis shoes for PE. In general tennis shoes are the recommened shoes for daily wear for safety on the playground at recess as well as PE. Flip flops, crocs, clogs and sandals could become a safety issue when climbing, running,jumping and swinging at recess. Part of our playground is covered in wood chips which cause discomfort went caught in open styled shoes.
